● As well creating artworks by hand I enjoy experimenting with photography from time to time. I am particularly drawn to wildlife and nature photography as I love walking in the wilderness and admiring its natural beauty.

● The camera provides the most immediate and also detailed, yet quick way to capture what inspires me, especially when I am unable to sketch at the time. Finding captivating light conditions, angles and compositions that can tell a story, or convey the atmosphere or the way I felt about the subject is most interesting to me. Thus, I hardly apply editing to my photos, preferring instead to celebrate and fully bring out the beauty and interest already present in my subjects. But experimenting with editing can be fun too!
